Brake noise–typically high-pitched squeaking–is very common when new brakes have been installed, whether on a Buick Rendezvous or any other vehicle. It’s most likely caused by new parts seating themselves and working against each other for the first time. Quieting the noise can be simple and inexpensive if you follow these steps; manufactured solutions are also available in auto-parts stores.
